Terms & Conditions
The Stream WiFi Customer Referral Program rewards our loyal customers with a free subscription when they refer a new customer. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1 The referral reward is valid only when referring a new customer who has never been subscribed to Stream WiFi before.
1.2 The referred customer must complete a full new installation. Resumptions of previous services, reactivations, or account transfers are not eligible.
1.3 Referrals are not valid if the new customer installs Stream WiFi using their own equipment or if they are transferring from another Internet provider. In such cases, no referral reward will be issued.
1.4 The referral program is available to active Stream WiFi customers only.
2. Referral Submission
2.1 To claim the reward, the referring customer must submit the registered phone number of the new customer within 30 days of the new installation.
2.2 Claims submitted after 30 days will not be honored.
3. Reward
3.1 The reward is a free subscription equivalent to the current active package of the referring customer at the time of approval.
3.2 The free subscription reward cannot exceed the value of the package purchased by the referred customer.
3.3 The free subscription is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be applied to upgrades or different packages.
3.4 The referral reward will be applied to the next billing cycle following verification.
4. Limitations
4.1 A customer may claim a referral reward only once per calendar month.
4.2 A customer cannot hold or combine two offers (including promotions, discounts, or other reward programs) at the same time.
4.3 Multiple referrals from the same household or same installation address are not eligible.
4.4 Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or referrals made under false pretenses will result in disqualification and may lead to suspension of services.
5. General Conditions
5.1 The referral reward is valid only during the promotional period of the referral program. Stream WiFi reserves the right to suspend, modify, or end the program at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Stream WiFi reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referring and referred customers before applying the reward.
5.3 Stream WiFi’s decision regarding the approval or rejection of a referral claim is final and binding.
5.4 Any misuse of the referral program may result in loss of eligibility for future promotions and/or termination of service.
6. Acceptance
By participating in the Stream WiFi Referral Program, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
